How Church Sponsorship Works (For Churches)

Contact the Registrar to start the sponsorship process
Decide what your church is willing to cover/sponsor for each registration and how you'd like them to apply (ex. a church sponsorship form, coming and talking to someone, etc.).
Announce at your church that you'll be sponsoring kids to go to camp.
Have families apply for sponsorship.
When you've approved the sponsorship, have them fill out the Salem Acres registration form(paper or online).
Scan(if paper) the Salem Acres form and send it to the Registrar(multiple registrations can be in one email) with a note about how much you are covering for each registration (ex: 100%, 50%, 25%, $100, $50, etc.).
The Registrar will then enter their information into the online registration system and then email you a confirmation.
Once you've confirmed that all of the sponsorships have been sent and received, you will receive an invoice for the total amount that the church owes to Salem Acres to cover the sponsored kids' registration (typically at the end of the summer).
Your church can then send an e-transfer or a cheque to Salem Acres for the amount owed.
Then you're all done, but you've given kids a great camp experience that will stay with them for a lifetime.
