Medical care
On the registration form for your child, you are asked to sign a waiver of liability and to give us authority for emergency medical treatment.
Please write your child's Alberta Health Care number on the registration form.
If your child has any special medical needs or food restrictions, please also let us know on your registration form. We will do our best to accommodate your requirements.
Salem Acres designates a nurse with CPR and First Aid training for each camp. The camp nurse will administer care in minor incidents (e.g., small cuts, mild allergic reactions).
Medications should be given to us at registration on the first day of camp. The nurse will ensure that medications are taken per your written instructions. Campers should not keep medications with them.
